Keeping role expectations in mind, our recruiters identify and shortlist the topmost candidates whose profiles align with client’s requirements. After a thorough background and reference check, we forward the best resumes to client, post speaking with the candidates.

Provide Skill Gap Training!

Ekta Foundation (EF) with its nation-wide skill training partners provides Skill training to the shortlisted candidates from EF side basis the requirement set by our clients. We have empaneled sector specific trainers, those act as an interface between requirement set by the business and those skill set of shortlisted candidates. Our training varies from 15 days to 45 days depending up on the KPI of the job description. Once shortlisted we schedule their interviews at company premises for the final selection.
